As part of the Keramos Gold Seal Service Commitment, Keramos commit to make regular site visits to provide product and process support. It is important from Keramos’ perspective to provide these services on a customer by customer basis. The regularity and scheduling of these visits will therefore be discussed on an individual basis with each customer, and Keramos will accommodate their specific requirements. Keramos aim to commit to at least bi-annual site visits.
