Keramos aim to work closely with customers, but are considerate of the implications to customers of having outside personnel on site.

It is therefore Keramos’ intention to discuss the level of support that is requested by each customer and to tailor services to accommodate requirements. Keramos have invested heavily into the development of the world leading UFG / Stirred Media Milling laboratory facility.

This facility “The Keramos Ceramic Grinding Media Research and Development Centre” is a multifunctional Centre designed to provide unparalleled laboratory services to our customers, but also to maintain Keramos’ market leading position in the research and development of the highest performing ceramic grinding media.

As part of the Keramos Gold Seal Service Commitment, Keramos commit to make regular site visits to provide product and process support.

It is important from Keramos’ perspective to provide these services on a customer by customer basis. The regularity and scheduling of these visits will therefore be discussed on an individual basis with each customer, and Keramos will accommodate their specific requirements. Keramos aim to commit to at least bi-annual site visits.
