Our combined production capacity now exceeds 25,000 tonnes per annum, and our manufacturing lead times are unmatched by any other producer. Keramos have the world leading ceramic grinding media production facilities located in Shandong Province, China – the traditional heartland of global ceramic production. These modernised factories combine the latest technologies and control systems with low cost production to deliver the highest quality products at the most competitive prices in the market.
In order to guarantee Keramos’ position as market leaders in the production of exceptional quality cost effective ceramic grinding media we have developed two word class laboratory facilites
These two facilities, are situated in Zibo City, China – specifically designed for manufacturing QAQC purposes, and in Perth, Western Australia designed for R&D, and customer support purposes.
These two facilities are used together to provide Keramos’ leading approach to QAQC, manufacturing control, and customer service. Each and every ceramic grinding media order will be provided with a full QAQC report certificating in detail the orders compliance with these strict QAQC protocols.
